Pay A Violation Ticket
You have 30 days from the violation date to dispute a traffic ticket. For most tickets, you can pay your ticket within 30 days to have it reduced by $25.
Pay online: If your ticket starts with the letter "E" or "S" you may be able to pay it online at PayBC
Pay by phone: 1-888-343-2240 for BC, Canada and the US
Pay in person: at most Autoplan brokers, ICBC driver licensing offices, ICBC claim centers, and provincial court registries.
Remember to bring a copy of your violation ticket with you.

Pay by mail: by sending your check or money order, payable to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), in Canadian funds to the address below.
Do not send cash in the mail. A receipt will NOT be sent back to you.

- whether you are disputing the allegation (offence noted on the ticket) or the fine amount
- the Ticket Number and violation date
- your full name, address, driver's license number, and date of birth.
- Act and Section number of the offence(s).
